Starman is one of the largest distributors of Bohemian Czech Glass Beads, TOHO Japanese Seed Beads, TierraCast findings, Tulip knitting and crochet needles in the world, located in the Pacific Northwest. We produce high-quality glass beads in the Czech Republic and distribute them through our U.S. warehouse directly to many satisfied retailers and manufacturers. Our business is wholesale/distribution only. If you are looking for smaller bead quantities, please contact our friendly customer service staff. We'll be happy to give you a referral. Our beads are sold in a variety of shapes and colors; however, you can also supply your own design for production. Minimum quantities apply. Please call for details.

We are happy to accept returns for exchange on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions. Returned items will be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Items must be received in original condition (i.e., beads still on strands and other supplies in original packaging).

We prefer that you place your wholesale bead orders via the website, as Internet orders are given priority status and will be filled more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, printed orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online bead order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped.
Our stock levels are updated continually, but with a constant flow of transations inventories are occasionally inaccurate. When an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we generally do not place this item on back-order. Usually, out-of-stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items; however, this is not guaranteed.
Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages or returned CODs. Orders over $500 are eligible to receive free standard shipping within the United States.

Recovery fees up to $25 will be assessed on all returned checks. Returned checks are subject to electronic deposit for face value plus fees without notice. Problem debts will be referred to a collections agency for prosecution and will be reported to credit bureaus. Customers will be responsible for all collection costs including but not limited to any legal fees.
For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also use PayPal or direct bank transfers.
Although we highly prefer you pay by credit card, CODs are also possible for an additional fee. When placing the order, select UPS as the shipping method and then select COD as the payment method. You may pay for CODs with a cashier's check or money order; UPS will not accept cash, personal checks, or business checks. We do not ship COD with carriers other than UPS. You are still responsible for shipping charges on refused CODs.
